City de Luxe Estate Pipe Gold Star Freehand
97/100 Rim darkening and a little charring on the inner rim
The City de Luxe brand was a GBD second, known for using the better shapes from the factories in France. In this case this was slated to be a Unique - given it was touched by a master carver's hand. This pipe was probably made in the late 1960s or early 1970s.
