Trade, Purchase, and Consignment Policies for Estate Pipes and Pipe Collections
Smokers' Haven will accept trades or purchase Individual Pipes and Pipe Collections. All brands of Pipes will be considered. Smokers' Haven reserves the right to refuse any pipe or pipe collection for any reason. Here are a few Pipe brands that we look for: Dunhill, Barling, GBD, Castello, Comoy's, James Upshall, Sasieni, Ferndown, Caminetto, Ascorti, Radice, Savinelli, Ashton, Ardor, Charatan, Rainer Barbi, Becker, Former, S. Bang, Teddy Knudsen, Chonowitsch, Matzhold, Joura, Kent Rasmussen, Kurt Balleby, Peter Heeschen, Lee Von Erck, Peterson, Rolando Negoita, Butera, J.T. Trade In Policy for Estate Pipes:
Smokers' Haven will accept individual pipes and pipe collections traded in towards a purchase of products listed on www.smokershaven.com. Smokers' Haven will offer 50% to 70% of the price the pipe is expected to sell for in the current condition. For example: A pipe that Smokers' Haven expects to sell for $100.00 in its current condition, will have a trade in value of $50.00 to $70.00 towards a purchase on www.smokershaven.com. The selling price and percentage will be determined by Current Condition, Supply & Demand in the current market, & Dealer Status. The final selling price of a pipe may be higher than the selling price quoted, if the pipe needs any type of restoration. For example: If a pipe has a selling price of $100.00 in its current condition and can be restored, the final selling price after restoration may be higher than $100.00. Purchase Policy for Estate Pipes:
Smokers' Haven will purchase individual pipes and pipe collections. Smokers' Haven will offer 40% to 60% of the price the pipe or pipe collection is expected to sell for in the current condition. For example: Smokers' Haven will offer $40.00 to $60.00 for a pipe that is expected to sell for $100.00. The selling price and percentage will be determined by Current Condition, Supply & Demand in the current market, & Dealer Status. The final selling price of a pipe may be higher than the selling price quoted, if the pipe needs any type of restoration. For example: If a pipe has a selling price of $100.00 in its current condition and can be restored, the final selling price after restoration may be higher than $100.00. Consignment Policy for Estate Pipes:

Shipping Pipes to Smokers' Haven:
Smokers' Haven will only evaluate estate pipes in person. Although pictures and descriptions are always helpful, only after handling and inspecting the piece will any value be placed on the pipe.
Smokers' Haven will gladly return any pipes that the seller does not wish to sell at our cost.

When shipping pipes please remember to package them individually wrapped so as not to rub against each other in transit.

Use packaging material to keep the bulk of the package safe from handling that will occur from the carrier.

Include your name and contact information (shipping address, phone number, and email address) in the package. As soon as it arrives, Smokers' Haven will contact you to let you know they are safe in house and give you a count of the actual pipes received.

Although a list of included pipes is helpful, it is not necessary as we will generate an itemized evaluation for our records.
- We recomend using a shipping service that will generate a tracking number and insurance for your package (USPS, UPS, FEDex, DSL, etc).
