Peterson Irish Seconds
Bent Rhodesian
About the maker:
Irish Seconds were started at the Peterson's workshop in Dublin, but were rejected when a flaw was found in the briar. As seconds, they are finished roughly, and given a standard vulcanite stem instead of the Peterson System, "P-Lip" stem. Their natural, aged briar is usually light in color, and looks very good, despite few sandpits. These pipes smoke great for the price, from the first bowl and with minimal break-in period. If you are on a budget, but would still like a quality pipe made in the old tradition - Peterson's Irish Seconds are the way to go!
